General Policies
No
Weapons Allowed
A credit card on hold or a check in the amount of one night's
stay is required to hold a reservation. There is NO charge with
7 days or more cancellation notice.
Less
than 7 day notice: $35 cancellation fee will be charged.
Two
night minimum on weekends and three night minimum on most major
holidays. However, we frequently have either Friday night only
or Sunday night only vacancies. Check with us.
Check-in:
3 PM or later.
Check-out: 12 noon
Southwind
is a non-smoking accommodation.
(You
may smoke outside of course.)
Special
dietary requirements can be met with advance notice.
Mariah
and Earthwind (cabins) are wheelchair accessible.
